Management Team
The company was built by a team of travel professionals with tactical expertise in all phases and sectors of the travel industry including GDS, mega-TMCs, global travel suppliers, and publicly traded travel technology companies. The team combined has over 160 years of technical work experience.
The passion for focusing on what is best for the client starts from the founder, radiates through the team and is echoed by our strategic business and technology partners who go "above & beyond" the call of normal duty for Prime Numbers Technology.
Rock Blanco, President/Founder: Brings over 25 years of expertise providing industry leading technology solutions for the travel community. Having held senior executive positions with leading travel agencies, a major airline, a GDS, and his own technology company, iBank Travel Management that he sold in 2000, Blanco is uniquely positioned to help travel managers and travel agencies get the best technology tools and advice.
Jason Gabor, Chief Technology Officer: Jason brings 14 years of experience in technology to the Travel GPA team. Jason has architected and developed large scale data warehousing and business intelligence applications for the travel, financial and healthcare industries. Additionally, Jason has worked on data mining and statistical applications for international governments as part of the 2010 census and the telco and Oil & Gas industries.
Douglas Vasquez, Vice President of Development: Brings over 12 years of expertise in content delivery related technologies in the Travel and Financial industries. Prior to Prime Numbers Technology, Doug led teams in the US and offshore in building secure, highly scalable SaaS applications using MicroStrategy Business Intelligence platform. He was directly responsible for the development of both the DataTrax and TravelTrax products at TRX used by some of the largest corporations in the world for travel management reporting and analysis. Doug is also a leading Adobe© Flex developer and has a keen interest in software development best practices and methodologies.
Denice Key, Director-Sales: Brings over 18 years of expertise in technology development and sales both inside and outside the travel industry. Denice will make Travel GPA+ the top benchmarking and spend analysis tool in the marketplace having a proven track record for generating a million dollar plus in sales in her previous position with a travel technology company.
Lora Gabor, Senior Developer: Brings over 6 years of experience in the technology industry, with expertise in many areas. She has been involved in development, deployment and administration of BI applications for multi-national companies in the travel, financial and health care industries. Lora is one of an elite group of senior level developers recognized by MicroStrategy as a MicroStrategy Certified Engineer on their platform.
Rhonda Snyder, Director- Data Analytics & Support: Seasoned travel professional with over 15 years of experience as a liaison between clients, development teams and project managers ensuring all client business rules and requirements are met.
Joe Hoot, Senior Programmer, Global Data Integration: Brings over 12 years of expertise in all phases of application development. Joe's expertise covers the development of filters that normalized data from different travel agencies into a common database schema. He also played a key role in the development and maintenance of proprietary process automation and logging system in his former position at TRX. Joe wrote back-end J2EE code for applications that performed and supported the processing in the Correx and Selex travel reservation systems for large clients including Expedia and American Express.
David Norton, Senior Developer, MicroStrategy and Java Platforms: Brings over 5 years of expertise in programming development including the deployment of BI financial applications. David is an expert developer on the MicroStrategy and Java SpringSource platforms.
John Norton, Senior Developer- Mobile Platforms: Brings over 10 years of experience developing applications for web and mobile platforms. John has been lead web developer on many applications for companies in the financial, medical, and travel industries, as well as lead web and mobile engineer for applications developed for multiple government agencies. John has a passion for emerging web and mobile technology standards.
